Terms of use

fixturestack.com lets you leave your email and a few answers so we know what to build first. It is not a travel agency, does not sell tickets, flights, accommodation or tours, and does not process any payment. Any trip shown as an example — including the figures marked “Example trip” — is illustrative and is not an offer, a quote, or a booking of any kind.

By submitting the early-access form, you agree that:

• you are at least 16 years old;
• the email and any other details you give are your own, or you have that person’s permission to give them;
• you won’t use the form to send spam, scrape it automatically, or try to disrupt it — the honeypot field and rate limits exist for exactly this and a submission caught by either is discarded, not stored.

This site is provided “as is”. A pre-launch waitlist can go offline, change, or shut down without notice, and joining it is not a promise that FixtureStack the product will ever launch, or that it will look like anything shown here. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site — though nothing here limits liability the law doesn’t let us limit, and nothing here removes protections you’re entitled to as a consumer under EU or Bulgarian law regardless of these terms.

The FixtureStack name, the design of this page and its copy belong to [Your full name]. Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse them. The founder facts on this page — the trips, the figures, the routes — are real and are not to be reproduced as if they were your own.

The TikTok link in the footer leads to a platform we don’t control and whose own terms apply once you follow it.

These terms can change as the product moves from a waitlist toward something real — the date at the bottom of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you live in, which continues to apply where it gives you stronger rights.
