Cookies

Under the ePrivacy rules that make cookie banners a legal requirement, consent is only needed before storing or reading something on your device for a non-essential purpose. FixtureStack never does that — nothing is written to your browser at all, so there is nothing to ask permission for.

You can confirm this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools on this page, check Application → Cookies, and it will be empty.

Two tools measure the page, and neither touches your browser’s storage:

• Plausible Analytics — counts visits without cookies, without a persistent identifier, and without building a profile of you across sites. It’s the same reason no banner is needed: nothing is stored on your device.
• PostHog — records that a signup happened, entirely on our server. No PostHog script is ever sent to your browser, so there’s no client-side tracking here to consent to.

The page doesn’t use localStorage or sessionStorage either. If that ever changes — a “remember what I typed” convenience, say — this page will say so and explain what it’s for.
